My personal notary business, KIRKLANDCO Mobile Notary Services, has seen significant fluidity in completing notary appointments simply by using the app to log my journal entries. I am commissioned for GNW (General Notary Work), but I can see the untapped advantages already present in the app for Notary Signing agents as well. The ability to archive notary journal entries satisfies the state requirement, and essentially eliminates the need to lug around traditional paper journals, and also eliminates the need to securely store a paper journal for years. All journal entries are in the cloud and readily available to view as needed. I can definitely appreciate the ability to be able account for all jobs accurately for tax purposes as well.
